Finally, Zhou Wei, who was brave enough to accept the challenge, decided to choose a robot industry with a broader prospect, but more "unreliable" and cool for him.


With the master plan, partners become the key. Zhou Wei didn't know technology and knew little about the company's operation and management, so he found an engineer who was engaged in technical work as the general controller of R & D. after a search, his brother who was engaged in the wholesale of culture and sports also joined in, becoming the backbone of the company's sales and operation. Although there are only three people, the team cohesion is not weak. Under the leadership of Zhou Wei, they have made a detailed development plan. This young team, who still doesn't know much about the capital market, boasts the "Haikou" listed on the new third board within five years. But to most people's surprise, Aibo robot really kept its promise, completed the share reform in 2015, and successfully listed on the new third board. Although the customer approved the plan, Zhou Wei could not be defeated by the on-the-spot investigation. Zhou Wei's "technology control" circle of friends once again played a key role in the first single to determine the fate of the Aibo robot. The borrowed staff, borrowed equipment, and the sincerity of Aibo team finally kept the order.


The order is received, but the lack of technical personnel is hard injury. "While recruiting people, we asked our friends for help, but at that time, due to the lack of talents in the robot industry, we only recruited a new electrical engineer." Zhou Wei recalled. After more than a month's work day and night, the order was finally completed "pieced together", and the first business of Aibo robot was successfully completed without any danger.
