This project is an injection molding system for embedded parts of robot molds. It USES high-precision industrial robots to cooperate with CCD cameras to replace injection molding operators, and automatically takes out products and inserts embedded parts of clamped terminals during the molding process of the injection molding machine.
1. KUKA robot is adopted to realize injection molding insert and pick up parts together with dual-position hand claws
2. Adopt CCD camera for accurate positioning
1. The precision injection molding of the product insert can be realized
2. Visual inspection of product quality
3. Double-station hand grasping the finished products and the products to be processed
